Due to the rise of fraudulent activity associated with SMS, there has been a rise of awareness about protecting SMS routes. This is particularly important as SMS will remain one of the major communication channels for customer engagement. All in all, this indicates that SMS Firewall will continue to be a vital tool to secure monetisation of messaging in the short term.
