電訊商網絡擴展服務內容包羅萬有,由網絡設計、構建平臺、話音及數據設備管理、本地環路、服務供應,以至訂單安排、賬目管理及故障處理,一應俱全。我們的主動監控服務,協助客戶監控由第一層至第三層的網絡表現,包括國際專線服務(IPLC)、同步數碼體繫上之以太網技術(EoSDH ) ,虛擬私人局域網服務( VPLS )及IP虛擬專用網絡服務( IP-VPN ) 。
